Brie and Pear Sandwich

A few weeks ago I had a delicious Brie and Pear Panini from Susina. It was (surprisingly) one of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve ever had. I tried to remake it at home (without a panini press) and it turned out quite good!!

-Bread (i use a baguette from La Brea Bakery)
– 1 Barlett pear
– Extra Virgin Olive oil
– Salt & pepper

1. Cut bread into slices and toast (You can skip the toasting if you have a panini press!)
2. Chop brie and pears into small sizes
3. Drizzle olive oil onto bread
4. Arrange pears and brie onto bread, add salt and pepper
5. Grill in pan until cheese is melted (or if you have a panini press toast for 3-5 minutes)
6. Enjoy!
