Ace Hotel NYC

I adore all the Ace Hotels I’ve been to. Their attention to detail is just so refreshing and they truly serve their clientele.

A few of my favorites pictured below:

  • FRED Water (refillable bottles that fit in your pocket)
  • Rudy’s Barbershop Toiletries
  • The best room service (Charcuterie and Chicken Salad on a bed of lettuce)

Pins!

I bought an over-sized vintage Levi’s jacket in Portland and have been mildly obsessed with buying pins to put on it. I can’t decide which ones I want! So many foodie related ones as well as adorable things like “Book It” and “Grape Soda” from UP. Loved that movie!

Here are some of my faves that I found –

Where to Get Them: Book It, Grape Soda (a la UP), Frenchie, Don’t Text Him w/ Tear, Sriracha, Sushi.

Ottomans from oh joy! for target. <3

I’ve always loved this line- the party supplies are always adorable + chic.

I’ve picked up a few little things here and there but the latest line is SO me. I love love love hearts (my favorite ring and earrings have hearts on them.) The new line is absolutely adorable. One of my best friends is having a baby girl in a couple months and I can’t wait to spoil her with polka hearts and lots of love.

Look. At. These. Ottomans. ❤ ❤ ❤

So adorable.

FALL.

FALLAt last, seasons in Los Angeles. For a few days. I love layers, sweaters and scarves, but when it comes to weather I am a bit of a wimp since I’ve never lived outside of California. It does get quite cold in Bakersfield where I grew up but it doesn’t snow or anything. I’ve never driven in the snow and I don’t think my Prius would do so well in it anyways!

Here are a few fall goodies I love. The Lanvin sweater on the left is their gorgeous take on a classic cable-knit. The camel cardigan from Cupshe is $26.99 and so chic! And my personal fave is a Liberty Scarf. I’ve made it a tradition to pick one up everytime I’m in London.

Etsy Map Chalkboard

I could spend hours upon hours perusing etsy and purchasing all kinds of things I want but don’t need. I’ve been eyeing this chalkboard from dirstastudio for YEARS and finally took the plunge when I saw it comes in green. Just like elementary school. My obsession with maps and globes is a bit excessive, but how else am I going to keep track of past, current and future travels?
